A. Ownership of Content

All content published and made available on the Site, including, but not limited to, images of artwork, text, graphics, logos, documentation, and the collection of artworks sold, is the property of Natalie Featherston and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Purchasing an original piece of artwork or a print does NOT transfer the copyright. The copyright and reproduction rights to all artworks remain with the artist, Natalie Featherston, regardless of the sale of the physical piece. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any artwork or content from the Site without the express written permission of Natalie Featherston.

C. Personal Use

You may view and download content from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only.


3. E-commerce and Sales (WooCommerce)

A. Products and Services

We sell original artwork and art prints. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

B. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

C. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

D. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change. Payment must be received by us before the artwork is shipped. We use third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) to handle transactions securely.


4. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

A. Shipping Policy

Shipping fees, processing times, and delivery methods will be specified at the time of checkout. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

B. Return and Refund Policy

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk.

In no case shall Natalie Featherston Art, the artist, or its affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
