By shopping at nataliefeatherston.com you agree to the following terms:

  • We will accept returns on any print that does’t make you 100% happy within 14 days of delivery, as long as it hasn’t been damaged, cut, or made into a piece of origami.
  • We offer a store credit which is your total minus the original shipping costs.
  • All customers are required to purchase their own shipping label for the return.
  • If the print you receive is damaged at our fault or not the item you ordered, please email natalie@nataliefeatherston.com with your order information and include photo proof of the issue. We will get back to you as soon as possible!
  • Please do not send us back any items unless confirmed to do so.
  • Please email natalie@nataliefeatherston.com if you have any questions or concerns. We will get back to you within 1-3 business days.

SHIPPING POLICY

Most products are printed, on average, in three business days.

We ship out our art prints twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays from our home in Charlotte, NC, where you will receive tracking info via email.

  • United States: 3-5 business days
  • Canada: 5-10 business days
  • Europe: 7-14 business days with USPS or local carrier
  • International: 10-20 business days with USPS or local carrier

Here are the average shipping times to help you gauge when your package will arrive once you receive a shipping notification.

  • US orders: 3-7 business days
  • International orders: 7-15 business days
  • Canadian Orders: 15-30 days

You will receive an email with tracking info once your product is fulfilled and a shipping label is created. Please keep in mind it can take up to 4 business days for that item to be put into the mail for you to check the tracking number as it makes its way to you.

Yes, we ship everywhere USPS does!

We don’t ship to some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations. The list of countries may change depending on world events, but for now, we don’t ship to the following destinations:

  • Crimea, Luhansk, and Ukraine
  • Russia
  • Belarus
  • Ecuador
  • Cuba
  • Iran
  • Syria
  • North Korea

Yes, additional customs and tax fees can occur on international orders. Since each country’s customs policy differs, we can’t always cover these fees at check out.

The final fee is usually based on various factors like weight, value and size, so if you live in a country where you usually have to pay a standard customs fee, be prepared for that extra cost.

Please check with your local customs office to see if they apply duties and taxes with your purchases.

We can easily update the address if your order still needs to be sent. But if the item was delivered and that package cannot be recovered, please reach out to us at natalie@nataliefeatherston.com

That happens if USPS needs help locating your address or if there are any mistakes in your address, like a missing apt number or an incorrect street name. We get notified when something is retuned and will promptly connect you to verify your details.

If you notice it was returned before we do, please contact us at natalie@nataliefeatherston.com with your order number and verified address.

It’s important to note that if the address that is was sent to were, in fact, correct, we would need to send your package to a new location to prevent your item from being retuned again to limit any additional shipping fees or delays.
